(1) A trustee removed under clause (a) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 48, or under sub-section (2) of that section, shall not be eligible for further election or nomination for a period of three years from the date of his removal. (2) A trustee removed under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 48 shall not be so eligible until he has obtained his discharge or has paid his creditors in full, as the case may be. (3) A trustee removed under any other provision of section 48 shall not be so eligible until he is declared to be no longer ineligible, and he may be so declared by an order of the *[State Government].
