(1) The Government may, by notification in the 88[Official Gazette] constitute an Agricultural Lands Tribunal for any area specified in the notification. (2) Every Tribunal constituted under sub-section (1) shall consist of three or more members, one of whom shall be appointed in the notification constituting the Tribunal to be the President of the Tribunal.
