(1) Government may upon an application made in that behalf by a Co-operative Farm, advance loans to the Farm to such extent and in such manner as may be prescribed for the purpose of payment of compensation under section 75. (2) Any loan advanced under sub-section (1) shall be repaid in such manner and in such instalments as may be prescribed and, notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, it shall be the first charge on all the lands for the time being comprised in the Farm. Contribution by a member. Liability of the Farm to land revenue and other dues. Admission of new members. Heirs entitled to become members of the Farm.
