(1) A tenant shall during the continuance of his tenancy be entitled to two-thirds of the total produce of trees naturally growing on the land, the land-holder being entitled to one-third of the produce of such trees. (2) If there is any dispute regarding the right to the produce of such trees or the apportionment of such produce under sub-section (1) the tenant or the land-holder may apply in the prescribed form to the Tahsildar. (3) On receipt of such application, the Tahsildar shall after holding an inquiry, pass such orders thereon as he deems fit.
