Substituted for the word ―Jarida‖ by the A.P.A O. 1957. General provision as to penalties. Rules. [Act No.XXI of 1950] 81 (e) the filing or defending of suits, and the manner of execution of contracts and other documents, by or on behalf of such Co-operative Farms; (f) the liquidation of the personal debts of member of such Co-operative Farms and the regulation of their credit; (g) the directions to be given by the Government for agricultural development and for controlled or planned agricultural production by such Co-operative Farms; (h) the conduct generally of the affairs of such Co- operative Farms; and (i) any other matter which is to be or may be prescribed. 107[(3) In making a rule under this Act the Government may provide that its contravention shall be punishable with fine not exceeding Rs. 500].
