This proviso was added by the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries (Extension and Amendment) Act, 1958 (Act XXII of 1958). Completion of demarcation to be notified. Central Act 37 of 1956. Institution of a suit in civil court within three years to establish rights claimed in respect of the boundary of the property surveyed. [Act No.VIII of 1923] 9 The plaintiff in such suit shall join as parties to it all persons whom he has reason to believe to be interested in the boundary which is the subject of the suit.
