(1) The Government shall constitute a District Monitoring Committee in each district with the Collector as its Chairman, which shall be responsible for implementation of the Scheduled Castes Special Development Fund/ Scheduled Tribes Special Development Fund in the district. (2) The District Monitoring Committee of the district shall review the implementation of Scheduled Castes Special Development Fund and Scheduled Tribes Special Development Fund periodically.
