Budget Release Orders shall be issued to each department, for the amount provided in the Budget Estimates for Scheduled Castes Special Development Fund and Scheduled Tribes Special Development Fund immediately after passing of the budget by the State Legislature in accordance with the Schedule and norms prescribed.
