The schemes that fulfill the norms laid down in the Act shall be recommended by Nodal Agency for Scheduled Castes Development and Nodal Agency for Tribal Welfare for inclusion in the Annual Pragathipaddu proposals of the departments and aggregated for placing before the State Council for Development of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for consideration and approval.
