The Nodal Agency for Scheduled Castes Special Development Fund / Scheduled Tribes Special Development Fund, shall take up appraisal of schemes respectively submitted by the departments, to ensure conformity with the conditions and norms laid down in the Act. Formulation of schemes for Scheduled Castes Special Development Fund/ Scheduled Tribes Special Development Fund.
