(1) The University shall have full autonomy, along with full disclosure and transparency, on starting various academic programmes and the admissions process thereof, so long as it adheres fully to the admission norms that it has committed to in its approved project proposal. (2) In the case of an existing Institution which is established as a University under this Act the rule of reservation in admissions implemented by that Institution, for the existing seats of that Institution, shall be continued even in the University established under this Act. (3) The University shall have full autonomy, along with full disclosure and transparency, on setting fees for the various programmes that it decides to offer. Fees shall be determined by each University through a Fee Fixation Powers of the Government to give directions. Admissions and Fee Structure. 36 [Act No.11 of 2018] Committee which would consist of members drawn from Board of Management, Academic Council, as well as external members. The Fee Fixation Committee shall be headed by a member of the Board of Management. (4) In the case of an existing Institution, which is established as a University under this Act, the Fee fixed by the Telangana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (TAFRC), for the courses and seats of that Institution, shall be continued even in the University established under this Act.
