(1) A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the University, if,- (a) he/she is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) he/she is an undischarged insolvent; (c) he/she has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; Academic Council. [Act No.11 of 2018] 29 (d) he/she is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching with or without pecuniary gain; or (e) he/she has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
