A person accused of an offence under this Act, may fine an application for plea bargaining in the Court in which such offence is pending for trial and the provisions of Chapter XXI-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 shall be applicable in this regard. PART - IV. MISCELLANEOUS.
