Substituted by Act No.13 of 2006. Term of Office and conditions of service of Chairman and Members. [Act No.9 of 2003] 5 (f) has in the opinion of the Government, so abused the position of the Member as to render that person‟s continuance in office detrimental to the interest of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the State or the public interest: Provided that no person shall be removed under this clause until that person has been given an opportunity of being heard in the matter.
