The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in 1 the Hyderabad Co-operative Societies Act, 1952 (XVI of 1952) and 2 the Hyderabad Co-operative Land Mortgage Bank Act, 1349 Fasli (II of 1349 Fasli).
