6 [Act No.12 of 2020] involved in granting NOCs/clearances, from the date of receipt of application; (31) “Telangana State Building Permission Approval and Self-Certification System (TS-bPASS)” means a body constituted under this Act meant for according clearances and approval for manufacturing proposals; (32) The words and expressions used in this Act, but not defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the relevant Acts.
