The Boards of Faculties shall have the following powers, namely:- (a) to make recommendation to the Academic Council regarding admission of students to the University; (b) to draw the curricula and courses and recommend to the Academic Council; (c) to recommend to the Academic Council conditions under which students shall be admitted to the degrees, diplomas and certificates; (d) to recommend to the Academic Council the establishment, amalgamation, sub-division and abolition of departments; Faculties.
