(1) Where there are several persons interested, the prescribed authority shall determine the persons who, in its opinion, are entitled to the compensation and the amount payable to each of them. (2) If any dispute arises as to the apportionment of the compensation or any part thereof, or as to the persons to whom the same or any part thereof is payable, the prescribed authority may refer such dispute to the decision of the court; and the court shall, in deciding any such dispute, follow, so far as may be, the provisions of Part III of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
