Act 1 of 1982. 22 [Act No.13 of 1998] (2) Government may, remove, any member of the above mentioned committees, at any time, on proven misconduct, non-performance or misuse of funds: Provided that no removal of such member shall be made without affording an opportunity of making a representation against such removal.
