(1) The Corporation shall prepare and submit to the Government, in such form as may be prescribed, an annual report within six months after the end of every financial year of its activities during the previous financial year, with particular reference to,- (a) development, maintenance and management of roads vested in, or entrusted to it; and Concurrent and special audit of accounts. Furnishing of annual reports and returns etc. 24 [Act No.1 of 1998] (b) other activities of the Corporation. (2) The Corporation shall also furnish to the Government such returns, statistics reports, accounts and other information with respect to its conduct of affairs properties or activities or in regarding any proposed work or scheme as the Government may, from time to time, require.
