In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) “Corporation” means the 2Telangana Road Development Corporation established under section 3; (b) “Government” means the State Government of 2Telangana. (c) “Local Authority” means,- (i) A Gram Panchayat, a 3[Mandal Praja Parishad] or a 3[Zilla Praja Parishad] constituted under the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994;
