(1) This Act may be called the 1 Telangana 2 [Regulation of Trade in *]Indian Made Foreign Liquor], Foreign Liquor] Act, 1993. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions.
