If the 1 [Collector] does not cancel the order, he shall send a notice to the aforesaid 2 [XXX] landholder requiring him to carry out, within such reasonable time, to be specified in the notice, as may be sufficient for the completion of work mentioned in the original or modified order; a copy of the order to be carried out, shall be enclosed with the notice.
