In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) “Government” means the Government of 2 Telangana; (b) “Notification” means a notification published in the 2 Telangana Gazette and the word “notified” shall be construed accordingly; (c) “Public Sector Undertaking” means a public sector undertaking specified in the Schedule to this Act; (d) “Schedule” means the Schedule appended to this Act.
