In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- 3[(a) “corporate authority” means,- (i) any local authority; (ii) any company or corporation referred to in clause (d);] 4[(aa)] “estate officer” means an officer appointed as such by the Government under section 3; (b) “Government” means the State Government; (c) “notification” means a notification published in the 2Telangana Gazette and the expression “notified” shall be construed accordingly;
