(1) The Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the purpose of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for— 60[(a) the method of appointment and the nomination of members to the Parishad and the Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas;] (b) the publication of audited statements of the accounts of Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas and of the reports of the auditors;
