In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (1) ‗aided library‘ means a library declared by the Director to be eligible for aid either from the Government or from the Library Fund in accordance with the rules made under this Act; (2) 3[XXX] (3) ‗director‘ means the Director of Public Libraries appointed under section 8; (4) ‗district‘ means a revenue district;
