For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that, unless otherwise specially provided every amendment relating to the age of superannuation made before or after the commencement of this Act to the Fundamental Rules and the Hyderabad Civil Service Rules shall be and shall be deemed always to have applied to all Government employees whether appointed before or after the amendment.
