(1) No animal shall be used for drawing a public conveyance except under a licence granted by the Commissioner of Police, in respect of such animal. (2) Such licence shall, unless sooner terminated under this Act, remain in force for the licensing year and shall be renewable. (3) Such licence shall contain the following particulars:- (a) the full name and address of the licensee; (b) the date on which the licence was granted and the date on which it will expire by efflux of time;
