(1) This Act may be called the 1 Telangana Prohibition of Smoking and Health Protection Act, 2002. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1 Telangana. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by, notification, in the 1 Telangana Gazette appoint.
