- S. 7Section 7 penalizes educational institution heads or managers for failing to act against ragging and holds ragger accountable for suicides caused by ragging.
- S. 8The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not derogatory of any law for the time being in force
- S. 9(1) The Government may by notification, make rules for carrying out all or any of the purposes of this Act
- S. 10The Andhra Pradesh Prohibition of Ragging Ordinance, 1997 is hereby repealed
