When an order for confiscation of any property has been passed under section 13 or section 13B and such order has become final in respect of the whole or any portion of such property, such property or portion thereof, as the case may be, shall vest in Government free from all encumbrances.] 35[14. All officers in charge of police stations shall take charge of and keep in safe custody under seal all articles seized under this Act along with samples which shall also be sealed with the seal of the officer in charge of the police station.
