Repealed by A.P. Act XX of 1959. [Act No. XL of 1956] 7 (3) Where a partition is effected in execution of a decree all questions relating to the division of the land and apportionment of compensation shall be decided by the Court executing the decree or by the Collector effecting the partition, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2).
