Power to remove difficulties. 10 [Act No.28 of 1997] (2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislature of the State. (3) No order under sub-section (1) shall be called in question in any court on the ground that no difficulty as is referred to in sub-section (1) existed or was required to be removed.
