Substituted by Act No.13 of 1991. [Act No.27 of 1985] 45 (9) the Chairman of the 22Telangana State Council of Higher Education or in his absence the Vice-Chairman thereof; (10) the Director, Telugu Academy; (11) all members of the University Planning and Monitoring Board; (12) the Chairman of the Official Language Commission of the State.
