The Board shall consist of the following members, namely:- I. Ex-officio Members (i) The Principal Secretary to Government in H.M. & F.W. Department shall be the ex-officio President of the Board; (ii) The Principal Secretary to Government in Finance Department or an officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to Government nominated by the Principal Secretary shall be member; (iii) Vice-Chancellor, 5Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences shall be the Vice-President of the Board;
