(1) All moneys received by the Zilla Praja Parishad shall constitute a fund called the Zilla Praja Parishad Fund and shall be applied for the purposes specified in this Act Allowance for attending meeting of a Zilla Praja Parishad or a Standing Committee. (3) All orders or cheques against the Zilla Praja Parishad Fund shall be signed by the Chief Executive Officer.
