(1) Subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed, the Gram Panchayat may authorize any person to enter, between sunrise and sunset on any day any place, building or land with or without notice and with or without assistants or workmen in order to make an inquiry, inspection, test, examination, survey, measurement or valuation or to execute any other work which is authorized Time for complying with notice, order and power to enforce in default.
