In any case in which no time is fixed by the foregoing provisions of this Act for the presentation of an appeal allowed thereunder, such appeal shall, subject to the provisions of section 6 of the Limitation Act, 1963 be presented within thirty days after the date of receipt of the orders from which the appeal is preferred.
