The tax on Oil Palm levied and collected under Section 21 shall be used for the following purposes namely:- (i) for the overall development of oil palm plantation; (ii) to bring more areas under oil palm cultivation; (iii) to monitor the schemes benefitting the oil palm growers; (iv) to develop the feeder roads to facilitate movement of oil palm FFBs; and (v) any other purpose in the interests of Oil Palm Growers in particular or in the interests of general public residing in Oil Palm Growing Zones.
