(1) This Act may be called the 1 Telangana Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1993. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1 Telangana. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the 1 Telangana Gazette appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
