(1) This Act may be called the 1 Telangana Non-trading Companies Act, 1962. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1 Telangana. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April, 1956. (4) It shall apply to a company as defined in section 2 of this Act.
