All orders and decisions of the Institute shall be authenticated by the signature of the Executive Registrar or any other member or officer authorised by the Director in this behalf and all other instruments issued by the Institute shall be authenticated by the signature of such officer of the Institute as may be authorised by the Director in this behalf.
