(1) This Act may be called the Nizamabad (Metropolitan Area) Police Act, 2016. (2) It extends to the limits of Nizamabad Metropolitan Area, declared by the Government by notification. (3) It shall be deemed to have been come into force with effect from 8th October, 2016.
