The tramway operator, or the entity developing the tramway system may, subject to the terms and conditions of the order or the agreement, use the tramway system including carriages and the tramway system premises for displaying commercial advertisements and for that purpose may erect or construct or fix any hoardings, billboards, show cases, and such other things for the display of posters or other publicity materials.
