(1) This Act may be called the 1 Telangana Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1971. (2) It extends to the whole of the 1 State of Telangana. (3) It shall come into force in such area and on such date as the Government may, by notification specify and they may specify different dates for different areas. (4) It shall apply to every minor forest produce specified in the Schedule.
