(1) The Board may delegate all or any of its powers under this Act or the rules and bye-laws made thereunder except the power to make bye-laws, to the Chairman, Executive Officer, Medical Officer of Health or any other officer or servant of the Board, or, with the approval of the Government, to any other officer. (2)The Board shall have power at any time to rescind, modify or withdraw the powers so delegated.
