Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, the Board may collect the following fees:- (a) market fees for the right to exhibit goods for sale in any public market or in any place belonging to or under the control of the Government or of the Board, or for the use of any building or structure therein; (b) fees for the registraiion of animals sold within the Mining Settlement;
