Every owner, agent and manager of a mine in which are employed persons residing in any Mining Settlement and every owner or occupier of any land or building within such Settlement shall furnish the Medical Officer of Health or Sanitary Inspector or any other competent officer appointed under section 19, on requisition with all reasonable facilities for entering upon any premises or land and making any inspection, examination or inquiry under this Act in relation to the sanitary and housing condition of such Settlement.
