No act of the Board or of any person acting as Chairman, Vice-Chairman or member thereof shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of some defect in the appointment of such Board or the election or appointment of such Chairman, Vice-Chairman or member or on the ground that they or any of them were disqualffied for such office or that formal notice of the intention to hold a meeting of the Board was not duly given or on account of any vacancy in the Board or for any other informality.
